Status

VER 1.1 is not ratified, and neither is §8.2. These manifests are published regardless: they are measurements of real checkpoints against committed bytes, and nothing about them depends on the draft's fate. What is unratified is the specification text that makes set_manifest_sha256 a requirement — not the digests below.
