What a snapshot contains
registry_version is the string a Record carries in provenance.registry.version; snapshot is the same identity as the integer that addresses the directory. Each of the four namespaces carries its status, the value_space it governs, the gating condition on opening that space, and its entries.
Every entry carries what §2.2 requires of one — "the token, a one-line definition, the specification reference, the VER version in which it was registered, and its status (active | deprecated)" — as token, definition, reference, registered_in, and status. Namespaces add the fields their own value space needs: tier for actions, grade for source classes, availability_key for segment families, parameters and value_pattern for perceptual algorithms.
The sixteen action definitions are copied from draft §2.3's table verbatim, less its Markdown bold markers. The other three namespaces' definitions are one-line summaries: the normative text is the cited section, and the registry does not restate it or add to it.
