Overview
Date: 25 August 2026 (revision 3). Classifies every change shipped or drafted on the standards branch — three schema deltas, five example edits, twenty-nine annex items, six editorial notes, the 1.1 draft capabilities, eight ADRs, and the repository changes — against four classes, each with its record-level impact.
What revision 2 changed (23 August 2026, post owner review). The owner review took the five open architecture decisions and withdrew the 1.1 schema-superset goal. §6's Q1 answer is rewritten accordingly, §7's ADR statuses are all now Accepted, and §2's seven-open-objects ruling changes from "left open in 1.1" to "closed in 1.1". The owner-review findings themselves are ledgered as REV-01–REV-28 in `docs/standards/VER-1.0-errata.md` §10.
What revision 3 changed (25 August 2026). Nine 1.1 deliverables were built and are now classified: the governed registry, the decoder implementation profile and corpus, the reference-set manifests, the revised VER-F lexicon, the recipe schema and high-trust profile, the vera-profile/1.1-draft validator rules, the 1.1 conformance fixtures, the size-limit measured corpus, and GOVERNANCE.md. §8 carries a row for each; §4's E12 row, §6's rows 2.4, 3.4, 7, 8.3, 14.1 and 14.8, and §7's ADR-0004, ADR-0005 and ADR-0008 rows are updated where an artifact now exists. No classification changed and no headline answer in §9 moved: every one of the twenty-six new conformance codes is version-gated to schema_version: "1.1-draft", so no 1.0.x Record's result changes.
Policy behind the classes: `VERSIONING.md`. Item-by-item provenance: `docs/standards/VER-1.0-errata.md`.
