Overview

This repository is two projects sharing a checkout, and the rules differ sharply between them:

`standards/`, `conformance/`, `packages/ver-validator/`, `docs/`	The VER standard, its conformance corpus, its validator and its decision record. Mature deliverables.	A lot. Read Standards-track rules before touching any of it.
`services/verd/`, `scripts/`, `apps/web/`, `tests/`	The VER-F reference pipeline — an experimental prototype.	Normal. Gates green, conventions followed.

Everything below applies to both unless it says otherwise.
